Russia to Organise Immediate Evacuation’ of Indian Students Stranded in Kharkiv
Russian President Putin assured Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the Russian military was doing everything possible to ensure safe removal of Indian citizens from war-torn Ukraine and their safe return to their homeland. They are trying to organise an urgent evacuation of a group of Indian students from Kharkiv through the humanitarian corridor along the shortest route to Russia.
Emotional Russian Soldier Cries as ‘Kind’ Ukrainians give him Food and Call his Mom
A Russian soldier broke down in tears as the young fighter got emotional at the kindness of Ukrainians. The soldier was surrounded by a group of Ukrainian women who offered him food and tea, after he laid down his weapons. Russian Soldiers who surrendered to the Ukrainian resistance. Ukrainian women comforted the soldier, as he blew a kiss to his mom on call and then broke down into sobs.
Russia removes US, UK, Japan Flags from Rocket Carrying OneWeb Satellites but keeps Indian Flag
Perhaps for the first time in history, the impact of war on earth has been felt in space. After Russia had said that the sanctions by the USA and European nations on Russia for invasion of Ukraine can result in a crash of the International Space Station, they have now removed all the flags of countries participating in a space program from a rocket they are launching, except the flag of India.Russian space agency ROSCOSMOS chief Dimitry Rogozin posted a video showing workers at the Baikonur launch pad covering up the flags of USA, Japan and UK on the OneWeb rocket which is scheduled to be launched on Friday 4th of March. However, the flag of India was left intact.
Stranded Pakistani students use Indian flag, chant ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ slogans to escape Ukraine
While the Imran Khan government in Pakistan has been drawing flak for not paying heed to the Pakistani students stranded in the war-torn zone, Pakistani students are using the Indian flag to escape the crisis-stricken Ukraine as the Russians have given an assurance that Indians will not be harmed provided they displayed their national flag on their vehicle.The Pakistani students are even willing to chant ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ in order to safely cross the borders.
