UP CM Launches ‘Kumbhvani’ Radio for Mahakumbh 2025 Updates

Prasar Bharati’s radio division, Akashvani, has launched a dedicated FM channel, ‘Kumbhvani,’ to provide comprehensive information about the upcoming Mahakumbh 2025. The channel aims to keep pilgrims and visitors updated about the event.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the FM channel on Friday during the second day of his tour in Prayagraj, ahead of the grand congregation.
The ‘Kumbhvani’ FM channel will broadcast at a frequency of 103.5 MHz from January 10 to February 26, 2025. It will operate daily from 5.55 am to 10.05 pm.
According to a statement from the UP Government, the channel is OTT-based and designed to disseminate detailed and real-time information about the Mahakumbh to visitors and devotees.
