Plumeria Garden greets visitors with undulating grass mounds and specially curated flowering plants, offering a vibrant floral escape within the sprawling presidential grounds.
Adjacent to it, the Banyan Grove introduces a sensory dimension through reflexology pathways, Panchtatva (five-element) trails, and forest-inspired soundscapes, blending therapeutic design with natural tranquility.
Perhaps the most refreshing of the trio, the Babbling Brook replaces the previous musical fountain and features gentle cascades, sculptural spouts, stepping stones, and a raised reflecting pool—inviting visitors to pause, reflect, and enjoy the soothing water feature.
These new installations elevate the visiting experience as part of the Amrit Udyan season, which welcomes visitors from August 16 through September 14, 2025, showcasing a blend of Mughal and British landscaping heritage coupled with contemporary design elements.
Practical amenities for visitors were also highlighted, including free entry (with online booking or on-site registration), shuttle services from Central Secretariat Metro Station, accessible paths, toilets, drinking water, first aid stations, and food courts at the garden’s exit.
Through these thoughtful introductions, Rashtrapati Bhavan invites citizens to explore serenity, ecology, and cultural charm within the nation’s iconic presidential gardens—making Amrit Udyan a rich and meaningful experience once again.
