PM Modi Launches ₹5,500 Crore Projects in Prayagraj for Maha Kumbh 2025

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated development projects worth ₹5,500 crore in Prayagraj to enhance the city’s infrastructure ahead of the 2025 Maha Kumbh Mela. These projects include the construction of flyovers, ghats, riverfront roads, and sewage treatment systems.

Following the inauguration, PM Modi visited the iconic Hanuman Mandir, Saraswati Koop, and performed a pooja at the revered Akshay Vata Vriksh. He also explored the Maha Kumbh exhibition venue.
Highlighting the significance of the Maha Kumbh, PM Modi called it a “mahayagya of unity”, stating that the event will elevate India’s cultural and spiritual identity to unprecedented heights.
