During his visit, he inaugurated a new veterinary hospital aimed at providing critical care for these lions and chaired a meeting of the National Board for Wildlife to discuss national conservation efforts. The Gujarat government has implemented various initiatives to protect these majestic creatures, including the establishment of a National Referral Center for Wildlife and a high-tech wildlife monitoring center in Sasan.
