ICSE 2025 Results: Girls Lead Nationally; Gujarat Boys Shine; Kerala Tops State Rankings

The CISCE declared the ICSE Class 10 results for 2025, with an impressive national pass percentage of 99.47%. Girls outshine boys nationally, securing a pass rate of 99.65% compared to boys’ 99.31%.

State-wise Performance:

– Kerala: Achieved the highest pass percentage at 99.99%, reflecting the state’s strong educational framework.

– Karnataka: Recorded a commendable 99.83% pass rate, with girls surpassing boys (99.93% vs. 99.73%).

– Odisha: Reported a 99.08% pass percentage, with girls leading at 99.34% over boys’ 98.85%.

– Gujarat: Notably, boys outperformed girls, achieving a pass rate of 99.60% compared to girls’ 99.44%.

Top-Performing Students and Schools:

– Mumbai Region: Seven students scored 99.8%, including Sukrit Khanna and Karan Philip from Bombay Scottish School, and Aayushi Joshi from Lilavatibai Podar High School.

– Ahmedabad: Mahi Bhavsar from Zydus School of Excellence topped with 98.80%. Other notable achievers include Kalp Shah from Atul Vidyalaya (99.40%) and Nihit Singh from Jamnabai Narsee School (99%) .

– Pune: Students like Mitheel Gajare from The Bishop’s School and Mansi Gunaselan from Wisdom World School secured 99.6%.

The CISCE has discontinued the publication of merit lists to reduce unhealthy competition among students.
