The stories and articles in The School Post each month are a combination of local students’ works (each school receives their respective edition of The School Post) and articles written specifically for The School Post by staff writers and outside experts.

How are you able to customize The School Post for each school?

Teachers in-charge in each school submit student submissions (corrected and edited) for consideration to the school coordinator who is a representative of The School Post. We shall publish the material after necessary polishing and according to the space available.

How many issues are published annually?

The School Post is published eleven months out of the year, June through April.

Sorry! The School Post is not available in the open market on the newsstands.

Is there a careful selection in the type of sponsors/advertisers and their messages?

Absolutely. Sponsors and advertisers are only contacted if they meet our stringent guidelines and their message is acceptable for children. The message has to go through strict editorial scrutiny before being published.

We deliver the subscribed no. of copies to the respective schools. It is then the school’s responsibility to deliver the papers to each classroom, which are then distributed by the class monitors to the subscribers according to the list provided by us.

Is a contract required to begin receiving The School Post?

No formal agreement or contract is required to be signed by the school. The school principle’s letter of request to call for enrollment forms is sufficient.

How do students subscribe to The School Post?

‘SCP’ (Student Contact Program) is extensively undertaken by the school coordinators from The School Post in consultation with the school principle and a three to four day schedule is drawn out. During this period, the school coordinators along with the presentation in each class distribute the enrollment forms. After two- three working days, the coordinators, with the subscriptions collect the forms. A list of subscribers along with the receipt of money collected is issued for the record of the school. If the schools desire, they may collect the amount of subscription along with the school fee collected before the beginning of the new academic year and the same can be remitted to us by cheque drawn in favour of Times Communicaion.
