DHIN TANA NA

Dhin Tana Na Na (Annual Inter School Indian Classical Musical Awards) Since last several years this competition is instrumental in bringing out the dancing, singing and instrumental of purely Indian Classical form of talents among the school going children.

Our Indian culture and art is fast being overtaken by the western. Gradually youngsters are drifting away from the Indian classical form and some are not even exposed to it. This is our effort to keep the Indian art and music alive amongst the school going children and exposing them and giving them a taste of professional performing stage.

It has always been our Endeavour to provide a platform to budding artists to identify and showcase their talent well before even their parents realise it in certain cases and then they take it forward from here.

INDIAN CLASSICAL & SEMI CLASSICAL DANCE

Here the contestants will perform Indian classical & Semi Classical dances like Kathak, Bharatnatyam , Kuchipudi etc. In this category they will compete for Best Dancer,  Best Dancers-Couple and Best Group Dance.

Classical & Semi Classical Vocal

Here the contestants may sing Raga, Bandish, Thumri, ghazals, Geet,Qawwalis from non film albums. In this category they will compete for best male singer, best female singer and best duet singer titles.

INSTRUMENTAL

Here the contestants may play the instrument of their choice like Sitar, Tabla, Harmonium, Flute etc. The fight will be for the best instrumentalist.

The competition has three rounds- Selection, Pre-Final and Final rounds
