Delhi Court Sends Notice to Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in National Herald Case

A Delhi court has sent a notice to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, two well-known leaders from the Indian National Congress party. This is related to the National Herald case, which is about a very old newspaper and how it was managed.
The National Herald was started by India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, many years ago. Later, the company that ran the newspaper stopped working. A group called Young Indian, in which Sonia and Rahul Gandhi are involved, took over it. Some people believe this was done unfairly and may have broken rules.
Now, the court has asked Sonia and Rahul Gandhi to give their side of the story. They must respond by July 4, 2025.
