Alongside livestreaming, the Gujarat judiciary has implemented virtual courts, a digital portal, and paperless e-filing systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delays in the justice delivery process. These measures are designed to streamline legal proceedings while ensuring greater convenience for litigants and lawyers.

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, speaking at the inauguration events of Lokaparna and Khatamuhurta, underscored the transformative impact of these reforms. He attributed the progress to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s emphasis on bolstering digital infrastructure, which has facilitated transparent and effective governance. Patel noted that the Gujarat High Court’s initiatives serve as a model for other states in modernizing judicial systems.
