Ahmedabad’s beloved Sabarmati Riverfront is set to glow in vibrant colors with the launch of its new Riverfront Moon Trail from July 19, 2025. The trail, officially inaugurated via a virtual ceremony by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, enhances the existing Riverfront Flower Park with a dazzling nighttime attraction.

Stretching across approximately 4,500 m², the Moon Trail features more than 54 LED-lit structures resembling animals like tigers, lions, giraffes, elephants, flamingos, and rabbits. It also showcases illuminated flowers such as roses, lotuses, and sunflowers. Visitors can enjoy a glowing tunnel, two-tiered fountains, illuminated swings, decorative light balls, selfie spots, a dance floor, and special LED tables and chairs—all crafted to create a magical evening ambiance.
The Moon Trail is accessible with the regular Flower Park ticket—no extra pass needed. Admission details are as follows:
