Key initiatives include the introduction of digital receipt services at the Mall Road entry gate, establishment of satellite parking areas, and deployment of shuttle services and golf carts for tourist convenience. Specific locations like Hathi Paon, Bassaghat, and Kuthal Gate have been designated for temporary parking, with plans to develop a permanent satellite parking lot at King Craig. In scenarios where the Gajji Band satellite parking reaches capacity, incoming vehicles will be redirected to Old Rajpur Road. Additionally, parking areas will be categorized by vehicle type to ensure systematic parking during peak seasons.

Municipal officials have been tasked with enhancing infrastructure by providing proper lighting, security, mobile toilets, drinking water, and ensuring the availability of rickshaws and golf carts at key shuttle drop points like Library Chowk and Picture Palace. These measures aim to streamline tourist movement and maintain order during the bustling summer months.
