Court Orders FIR Against Kejriwal Over Public Fund Misuse

A Delhi court has ordered an FIR against Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, and other AAP officials for allegedly misusing public funds to display party hoardings in Dwarka. The hoardings were put up during the 2019 elections, and the opposition party, BJP, accused AAP of spending taxpayer money for political advertising. The court directed the police to investigate the matter under the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act. This legal setback adds to the political tension between the ruling AAP and opposition parties.
